Priya was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia on 1 September 1997.   She is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and recently completed the Independent Children's Lawyer training program run by the Law Council of Australia.

Priya has worked in a number of legal practices, including  a small country firm, a medium sized firm, a large South Australian Government body and a small suburban firm.  She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law.
